There can be layers of blocks hidden deep in our energetic field that create stagnation in certain areas of our lives! Whether that be relationships, career, confidence, purpose etc. We identify and break curses, spells, soul contracts, soul patterns that have followed us through time as well as energetic heart & body walls we’ve subconsciously built to protect ourselves — yet hold us back now (emotion coding).

Herbs/wellness
Before I really began learning healing techniques that actually WORKED as permanent shifts, I began my own journey learning about the importance of physical wellness to our spiritual journey! Its becoming more common knowledge that our health is our wealth and imbalances in the body or diet could deeply effect our ability to have deeper sensitivity to our gifts, our vision, our confidence and more.
I began my journey learning Chinese medicine and easy + doable plant based diet shifts and cleanses that changed my life! Its as though all of my FLOW was trapped in the unrealized diet problems! Then the herbs helped enhance my learning process into meditation and more! Eventually I opened a healing alchemy bar/restaurant that served high vibration food and drinks that helped people to experience nourishment they can actually FEEL!
Although I left the restaurant life behind eventually, I still continued my education in natural wellness.
I later apprenticed for a Kinesiologist/ nutritionist/ chiropractor/energy healer in Glendale CA.
Trauma Healing
Did you know we have more than one inner child? Our inner children are different sides of our ego personality. There can be different ages where traumatic events happened that locked into our subconscious mind and created a reflection of fear. Perhaps there is a child with anger or grievances, a child with sadness and depression, a child with insecurity. Learning methods to work with these different reflections and nurture our souls to new levels can create MIRACLES of shifting in our life!
This is a form of shadow work with a unique method taught to me by an elder Healer from over seas that has spent her life developing this extremely effective method to freedom!
